It IS elusive. I think that’s part of the beauty of the Alexander Technique, don’t you? It’s not something you ‘get’. It’s something you move towards. That can take the pressure off. I don’t believe you can ‘master’ the Alexander Technique. In a way, that can make it more fun, for me anyway.
