picture-2Tension. Stress. Is there anybody who couldn’t use tension reduction and stress relief? Especially in and around New York City? My Light-Touch Bodywork combines a unique and potent blend of CranioSacral therapy, Alexander Technique and Visceral Manipulation. I developed this therapy in response to clients specifically asking for help in relieving their stress and tension.

Light-Touch Bodywork includes monitoring and enhancing the rhythm of the CranioSacral fluid, the fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord.  Visceral Manipulation is used to encourage the normal, healthy mobility of the organs and their connective tissue. The Alexander Technique will help with your posture, as habitually contracted muscles release. With this unique combination of effective therapies, you’ll feel your stress, tension and pain melt away, as you find yourself revived, energized, ready for the rest of your day or evening.

“I’ve gotten massages for many years, but Light-Touch Bodywork is what I’ve been looking for.”

L.M.

“One of the biggest changes that happen after getting off the table, happens in my face! I look in the mirror before and after the session, and the change is striking. I look and feel much younger. My stress level drops off tremendously.”

Barbara F.

“I’ve been looking for something like this for years.”

Leonard P.

“I feel like I’m 6 inches taller after the sessions, and I walk with my head in the clouds. My sessions with Mark are the best part of my week!”

L.D.
