Alexander Technique Group Classes. A cost effective way to learn the Alexander Technique. The small group setting provides an opportunity to observe others, and see yourself in others. You may see habits in people you might not notice in yourself, which can help you facilitate positive change.
Alexander Technique group classes- $25 per class, or four for $80.

It is completely up to you. It depends upon how far you want to go, and what you want to get from the Alexander Technique. No obligation.
“How do I schedule a session?”

“Do I have to wear anything special”
You can wear anything you want, as long as you wear or bring pants or shorts.
“Where are you located?”
I teach in several locations in Manhattan, as well as Elmhurst, Roosevelt Island and anywhere via Skype.
