picture-32For those of you who don’t live near an Alexander Technique teacher, Skype is an excellent way of learning the Alexander Technique. Now you can study the Alexander Technique with Mark Josefsberg, an experienced Alexander teacher, from the convenience of your home. While hands-on lessons are of course optimal, they are sometimes not possible. Having given thousands of Alexander Technique lessons it’s easy to help you fix your bad posture, for instance, and convey what adjustments to make by speaking with you as I watch you on screen. Of course I will be answering any questions you may have about the Alexander Technique.

Alexander lessons via Skype enables me to demonstrate the Alexander Technique in action. During Alexander Technique Skype lessons I can see the way you sit, stand, move and of course use the computer. Improvements happen almost as quickly as in-person lessons. For those of you currently studying the Alexander Technique, Skype offers a way to augment your learning. It is also a great way for former Alexander Technique students to take a refresher course.

Skype is easy and quick to set up; it’s free, and extremely convenient. These Alexander Technique lessons are less costly than in-person lessons making it a choice for people even if there is a teacher available.

Let’s take advantage of this technology. Please contact me via email or phone with questions, or to set up our Alexander Technique lesson.

The fee for alexander Technique Skype lessons: Four thirty-minute sessions per month-$160
