picture-16This short Alexander Technique post contains two MP3’s. Both are audio interviews of myself conducted by Alexander Technique teacher Robert Rickover. (Robert’s website is Alexandertechnique.com which is probably the most comprehensive Alexander Technique website.)

Since Robert lives in Nebraska, these interviews were conducted via Skype.

The first interview concerns my Alexander Technique teaching; why I became an Alexander Technique student and subsequently an Alexander Technique teacher here in New York City. The link to this audio interview is Here.

The second interview is geared more for Alexander Technique teachers, as we discuss the Alexander Technique and Alexander Technique teachers’ use of the web. This interview calls on my expertise regarding websites. I think it’s an interesting interview because I have no expertise regarding websites! Luckily, some of my students do have this knowledge, and have been willing to share it with me. The link to this audio interview is Here.

In the near future I’ll be posting more MP3’s, since a lot of people enjoy learning this way. There will be short audio lessons, each centralized around a theme. Please let me know if you have any requests for these lessons.
